Lesbian Priest One of Three Nominees for Minnesota's Episcopal Bishop
By William Wan
Just weeks after Episcopal representatives voted through a measure to allow for the ordination of gay bishops, the Minnesota diocese announced this weekend it is considering a lesbian priest as one of three nominees for bishop. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles diocese nominated two openly gay priests as assistant bishops.
The Minnesota nominee, the Rev. Bonnie Perry, is a rector in a Chicago church. Her résumé and biography are available on the diocese's search committee Web site. Read here for more on the L.A. priests.

The liberals that have taken over nearly all the leadership positions in the Episcopal denomination will not sway from this course despite the disastrous consequences. Gene Robinson stated that when asked whether the Episcopal denomination is the "gay church" one should respond, "You bet it is!"
Let's just call it the TGC instead of the TEC.

The Episcopal Church has become the refuge of people who would be Catholic priests, except they want to be gay, married or female. They used to be "The Republican Party at prayer." Now they're more like "The White Democrats."
