Obama's Ramadan Message

From our colleagues at the Post's presidential blog 44, a summary of President Barack Obama's video Ramadan message. (The month-long holiday of Ramadan begins Saturday). In it, Obama provides a tutorial on the meaning of Ramadan for non-Muslim viewers and recapitulates his basic foreign policy positions involving Muslim nations.
