Is he aware that they hand out medication and the people handing it out are not licensed doctors or pharmacists?

Is he aware that they try to control the homeless' every move, every spoken word, every activity? That Damaris Henry, one of the phony social workers forces people who are NOT disabled to apply for SSI?
